This document outlines the terms governing your use of the mu33 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing the mu33 website or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mu33 platform.
To register and use mu33's services, you must:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
- Not listed as an individual prohibited by Malaysian authorities from participating in online betting activities.
- Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate and up to date.
Mu33 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts that are unable to complete verification may be suspended until the process is finalised.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on the mu33 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mu33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through their account is lawful and compliant with applicable Malaysian law. You agree not to use the mu33 platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorised access to platform systems. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to us and must not be used for personal gain.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the mu33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including interbank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and direct transfers to major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and RHB.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and any account verification requirements.
Mu33 reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or policy violations. In such cases, supporting documents may be requested before a transaction is approved. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Suspension, Account Closure and Liability Limits
Mu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is substantive evidence of:

- Fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, or system abuse.
- Decisions required by Malaysian authorities or courts.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
Balances in accounts closed due to policy violations may be forfeited, depending on the severity of the breach and at mu33's discretion.
To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, mu33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues.
- Disputed game outcomes where the RNG system is functioning correctly.
- Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
- Transaction delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Mu33's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mu33 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive property of mu33 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mu33.
Third-Party Links
The mu33 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers or game partners. mu33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to These Terms
